Orders & pricing
Catalog prices are in CAD and may change. Quote-only products require an approved quote before production. Instant estimates are binding once you complete checkout for configured products, subject to proof approval.
Proofs
Many jobs enter a proof review step. Approving a proof authorizes production of that artwork. Errors visible on an approved proof are the customer’s responsibility unless caused by a press fault.
Artwork
You confirm you own or have rights to use uploaded files. Soft or low-resolution artwork may print softer than screen appearance; use Print HD tools when recommended.
Turnaround & delivery
Lead times are estimates. Rush options may be available. See Shipping & Delivery for methods and free-shipping thresholds.
Reprints & returns
Custom print is generally non-returnable. If we make a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a reprint assessment. Details: Returns & Reprints.
Accounts
Keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Inkloom’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
