Information we collect
- Account details (name, email, password hash)
- Order and shipping details you provide at checkout
- Artwork and design files you upload for production
- Optional newsletter email if you subscribe
- Basic usage analytics if enabled (page views, funnel steps — no sale of personal data)
How we use it
To fulfill orders, run proofs, route jobs to partner stores/vendors, improve the studios, and send transactional or requested marketing messages.
Artwork & AI tools
Background removal and print upscaling run on Inkloom’s own servers by default. Artwork is not sold to third parties. Optional third-party AI keys are only used if an operator explicitly configures them.
Sharing
We share order details with the store or vendor assigned to fulfill your job, and with payment processors when live payments are enabled. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & rights
You may request access or deletion of account data by emailing contact@inkloom.ca. Production records may be retained as needed for reprints, accounting, and legal obligations.
