Generative images often look sharp on a phone but land soft at print size. Aim for roughly 300 DPI at the final physical size. In Inkloom, use Print HD (local Real-ESRGAN) to upscale soft artwork before you approve a proof — it stays on our servers, with no per-image fee.
File prep checklist
- Include 0.125" bleed where the product requires it
- Keep critical text inside the safe margin
- Prefer vector logos (PDF/SVG) when you can; raster logos need high resolution
- Convert important brand colours carefully — screens are RGB, presses run CMYK
- Approve the digital proof before production
